GOING OUT WITH A BANG

It feels like years ago, doesn’t it? The sugar, the dry ice, the soft spongy centre. The volcano cake from Strika’s year-end function is now just a memory, and its co-creator Lucy Heavens is on a whole other continent. But we couldn’t let it go without paying homage to Bruce and Lucy’s creation… and the sugar rush it brought to all who sampled it.

Talk about an explosive way to wrap up 2010.
